What it is

A city twin: twenty thousand buildings, the road network and the terrain are assembled from open data in one week, and every figure on screen shows its source. One model gives four workplaces: city leadership sees how many new residents and schoolchildren a development will bring; the chief architect checks sunlight and shadows for any date; utilities see which sections of the network will run short of water and power after occupancy; the cadastre works with a plot as a registered object.

A construction twin: nine stages of a block, progress checked on satellite imagery against the design schedule. Inside is an apartment detailed down to the socket: six engineering systems in the walls, a single-line diagram of the electrical panel, material, standard and cost for every element, and an estimate in three finishing options in one click. The same model runs in a sales office on an interactive screen.
